Morgan, LPC-IT

Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-In Training and a Clinical Substance Use Disorder Counselor who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. I believe meaningful growth begins with feeling safe, heard, and understood, and I strive to foster a therapeutic environment where clients can openly explore their experiences, emotions, and goals at their own pace.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered, recognizing that each individual’s journey is unique. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered techniques to help clients develop insight, build healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change. I tailor therapy to each client’s individual needs and strengths while supporting them through challenges related to substance use, anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, life transitions, relationships, and overall mental wellness.

I received my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lakeland University and my undergraduate degree from UW-Stevens Point majoring in Child, Youth, and Family Studies. My experience in the behavioral health field for the last 10+ years has taught me the importance of authenticity and connection within the therapeutic relationship, and to create a space where clients feel empowered, supported, and encouraged throughout their healing journey.

Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two boys, who keep life busy, loud, and full of adventure. You can often find me cheering at sporting events, watching games whenever I get the chance, or relaxing with a good book (usually while pretending I’m going to stay awake for “just one more chapter”).

I currently provide services in Appleton, WI and via Telehealth to clients ages 17+.
