Kyle Kershek, LPC
Appleton
Hi, I’m Kyle! I’m glad you’re here.
I take a person-centered and compassionate approach to therapy, aiming to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and accepted as you work through life’s challenges. I bring warmth, authenticity, and a thoughtful sense of humor into the therapeutic process, helping clients feel more comfortable exploring difficult experiences such as trauma, depression, anxiety, identity concerns, relationship stressors, and other mental health challenges.
I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. My style is grounded, approachable, and supportive. I work with clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward healing, self-acceptance, and meaningful change.
I work especially well with neurodivergent clients and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and I strive to offer an affirming, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your full self. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for change, I’m here to walk alongside you at your pace.
